Billing, credits, plan fit, and what checks include.
Credits cover checks, saved proofs, and hosted AI on Pro. Sign-in does not use credits. If you connect your own model key, chat does not debit NEUS credits. They stay available for checks and proofs.
No. Sign-in with passkey, wallet, or OAuth does not use credits. Credits apply when a check runs, a proof is saved, or hosted AI is used.
Yes. Limits scale with your plan: Free gets 60/min, Pro gets 240/min, and Enterprise gets 600/min with SLAs. Verification and sign-in have tighter windows that are the same across plans. When you hit a limit, the API returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
No. NEUS works with work accounts, domains, social accounts, content, person checks, assistants, and API access. Wallet checks are optional.
Each plan includes monthly credits that renew on your billing cycle. Use them for checks, proofs, and hosted AI.
Buy prepaid credit packs when you need more. Where metered billing is enabled, usage can continue after the monthly pool is exhausted.
Self-serve plans use card billing. Enterprise agreements may support invoice or treasury payment.

Cancel the paid plan in account settings. Your proofs remain on NEUS, and your account returns to the free allowance unless you delete it.
