What do credits cover?
Credits cover verifying, saved proofs, hosted AI, job runs and the hosted computer. Sign-in does not use credits. If you connect your own model key, chat does not debit Proofable credits.
Is sign-in billed separately?
No. Sign-in with passkey, wallet, or OAuth does not use credits. Credits apply when you verify, save a proof, use hosted AI, run a job or use the hosted computer.
Are there API rate limits?
Yes. Limits scale with your plan: Free gets 60/min, Pro gets 240/min, and Enterprise gets 600/min. Verification and sign-in have tighter windows that are the same across plans. When you hit a limit, the API tells you when to retry.
Are wallets required?
No. Proofable works with work accounts, domains, social accounts, content, proof of human, assistants, and API access. Wallets are optional.
How do monthly credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance that renews on its billing cycle. Use it to verify, save proofs, run hosted AI and jobs, and use the hosted computer. Purchased credits are tracked separately.
How do top-ups work?
When the allowance is exhausted, the request stops with a price quote. Card top-ups start at 200 credits. Machines can pay an individual request, then retry.
Which payment methods do you support?
Self-serve plans and credit packs use card billing. Machines can pay per request. Enterprise agreements may support invoice or treasury payment.
What is on each plan?
Every plan has verifying, reusable proofs, agent identity and permissions, background and scheduled jobs with connected apps, the hosted computer, and hosted AI on the Default tier, all on credits; any model works on your own key. Top-ups are open on every plan. Pro adds the Advanced hosted models, 30 times the monthly credits and 4× API throughput. Enterprise is a contracted rollout with custom capacity and commercial terms.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move between self-serve plans from your account. Add credits as usage grows. Enterprise terms are contracted.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel the paid plan in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your proofs, profile, and listings remain, and the account returns to the Free allowance.
