NEUS Joins NVIDIA Inception
NEUS has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program designed to support startups building advanced technology and AI products.
The milestone comes as AI agents move beyond generating content and begin interacting with accounts, data, payments, and critical infrastructure.
NEUS is building portable trust infrastructure that allows applications to verify who approved an agent, what it is permitted to do, and what occurred.
Trust receipts for agent actions
NEUS converts completed identity, ownership, authority, and action checks into reusable trust receipts.
Applications and agents can check these receipts before granting access, approving a payment, or executing an action. Each receipt provides a verifiable record of the relevant approval, conditions, expiration, revocation status, and resulting activity.
Receipts are cryptographically signed, private and offchain by default, and can optionally be anchored onchain when stronger public verification is required. Using NEUS does not require an application or its users to adopt blockchain infrastructure.
The platform provides:
- Agent identity and delegated authority
- Pre-action permission and policy checks
- Verifiable records of completed actions
- APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, and MCP integration
- Portable proofs that can be checked across supported applications and environments
NEUS complements existing authentication systems, policy engines, agent frameworks, and observability platforms. It provides a verification layer that can travel across them instead of forcing every application to rebuild trust from the beginning.
Why agent trust infrastructure matters
The OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications identifies risks including tool misuse, identity and privilege abuse, insecure inter-agent communication, and rogue-agent behavior.
Logs can show what happened after an action. Authentication can show which identity entered a system. Neither independently proves that a specific agent was authorized to perform a specific action under defined limits.
NEUS is designed to close that gap by making authority explicit, enforceable, and independently verifiable.
An agent should be able to prove:
- Who or what authorized it
- Which capabilities it received
- What limits and expiration applied
- Whether that authority remains valid
- What action was ultimately completed
This creates a portable chain of trust between the person or organization granting authority, the agent receiving it, and the application executing the action.
Why NVIDIA Inception
NVIDIA Inception supports technology startups with developer resources, technical guidance, training, partner offers, and access to NVIDIA’s broader startup ecosystem.
For NEUS, joining Inception provides access to technical and ecosystem resources that can support the continued development of reliable agent infrastructure and production integrations.
The immediate focus remains practical: make it simple for builders to add verifiable identity, authority, and action receipts to the systems they already operate.
What comes next
NEUS is continuing to strengthen its production integration path across the API, SDK, CLI, MCP, and hosted verification experience.
The next phase is focused on:
- Expanding integrations with agent platforms and developer tools
- Supporting production pilots with AI, security, and infrastructure teams
- Improving pre-action verification for access, payments, and execution
- Advancing portable receipt standards across applications and networks
Joining NVIDIA Inception is an important step toward making verifiable authority a standard part of agent infrastructure.
AI agents need more than identities and credentials. They need portable proof that they were allowed to act.
